Ticket Sales Are Final

All ticket purchases are final and non-refundable, except where required by law or where Mission Bayfest explicitly authorizes a refund in writing.

Payment Plan Fee

Each payment plan includes a non-refundable $20 payment plan fee. This fee is charged in addition to the ticket price and is never refundable, even if you cancel or your plan is canceled.

Refund Requests and Fees (If a Refund Is Approved)

If you request a refund and a refund is approved (only where permitted and at Mission Bayfest’s discretion):

• A $29 refund fee will be deducted, plus an additional $10 processing fee.

• Refunds (if approved) may take up to 30 days to process.

Failed Payments / Cancellation for Nonpayment

If a payment fails, you have 10 days to update your payment method. If not updated, your order will be canceled and no refunds will be issued.

Ticket Validity

Tickets must be paid in full by the final payment date. If not paid in full by that deadline, the ticket/order is invalid and subject to cancellation without refund.

Pricing, Limits, and Errors

Mission Bayfest may enforce posted ticket limits per customer/order and may cancel orders that exceed limits or appear fraudulent. If a pricing or listing error occurs, Mission Bayfest may cancel the order and refund amounts actually paid for that order (if applicable).
