Overview

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Mission Bayfest website, checkout flow, and any ticket or payment plan purchase made through the Site. By accessing or using the Site, or by purchasing a ticket or enrolling in a payment plan, you agree to these Terms and our related policies, including the Privacy Policy and Return/Refund Policy.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes are effective immediately when posted. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.

Eligibility

The Site is not intended for children under the age of 13. By using the Site, you confirm you are at least 13 years old.

Account Registration & Security

You may browse without creating an account, but certain features (including purchasing) may require registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.

Payment Plan Basics

If you enroll in a payment plan:

• You will pay the full ticket price in recurring payments (typically bi-weekly) until the final payment date set by Mission Bayfest.

• Your payment dates and amounts are shown in your payment schedule during checkout.

• Tickets must be paid in full by the final payment date to remain valid.

• If a payment fails, you have 10 days to update your payment method before your order is canceled.

• Orders canceled due to failed payments are not eligible for refunds.

Canceling a Payment Plan

You may cancel your order mid-plan, but by canceling you agree to forfeit all funds from previous payments. Refunds on voluntarily canceled orders are not permitted.

Ticket Delivery Timing

Once all payments are successfully completed, your ticket will be issued within 14 days, unless otherwise stated.

Event Policy

Rain or shine. No refunds. Once a ticket is issued, there are no refunds, including for weather, lineup changes, scheduling changes, or any other reason, except where required by law.

Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to misuse the Site, including fraud, impersonation, unlawful use, excessive ticket purchases beyond posted limits, scraping, bots/automations, or any conduct that disrupts or interferes with other users or the Site.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mission Bayfest is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or purchases made through it.
