Return Policy (Refund Policy)

No Returns / No Refunds

Tickets are non-returnable and non-refundable. Rain or shine.

Payment Plans

• The $20 payment plan fee is non-refundable.

• If you cancel your payment plan voluntarily, you forfeit all payments made and no refunds will be issued.

• If your order is canceled due to failed payments, no refunds will be issued.

Refund Requests (Exception Handling)

If you submit a refund request and a refund is approved (only where permitted by law or explicitly allowed by Mission Bayfest):

• A $29 refund fee and an additional $10 processing fee will apply.

• Approved refunds may take up to 30 days to process.

Once Ticket Is Issued

Once your ticket is issued (typically within 14 days after final payment), no refunds will be provided for any reason, including weather or event changes, except where required by law.
